Constantia Care Homes
With nine homes across the North of England, we offer a mixture of residential, nursing, and complex care. Each of our homes offers a warm, welcoming environment where people feel valued and supported. We are proud that all our homes are rated Good or Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission.
Constantia at Home
We believe home care should never feel rushed. That’s why we offer minimum one-hour visits, ensuring our service users receive genuine time, attention, and support. From daily tasks to companionship, our carers provide more than just care – they bring reassurance, dignity, and respect.
Constantia Living
