Jean, born in Thornaby, spent much of her working life as a shop assistant. She has always been someone who enjoys simple pleasures, like reading magazines, going for walks, and catching up with her favourite soaps — Emmerdale and Coronation Street.
Jean enjoys tea with two sugars, loves both sweet and savoury foods, but admits she’ll happily skip the peas!
